Empowered Pelvic Health was established in 2025, built on a strong passion and desire to bring specialist pelvic health physiotherapy services to those living in rural areas across Northern NSW.

Meet the founder

Megan

Megan graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) from the University of Sydney in 2005. After years of specialising in pelvic health physiotherapy, she earned a Graduate Certificate in Pelvic Organ Prolapse management from the University of South Australia in 2021. In 2024, she completed her Masters in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy.

Megan Dart

Megan is passionate about providing Armidale and the surrounding region with high quality, evidence-based assessment, treatment and education of all pelvic health conditions but has a special interest in male pelvic health conditions including post prostatectomy urinary incontinence and erectile dysfunction.

Megan is also very passionate about empowering women with pelvic organ prolapse and improving their quality of life. At Empowered Pelvic Health our aim is to ensure all of our clients feel heard and understood.
